Delivered with an agency partner.

The situation

A previous agency's campaigns had run for weeks without results. In July 2025 the practice spent $464 on Meta ads and got no leads, and it was ready to stop.

The account used a standard e-commerce pixel, which Meta restricts for medical advertisers, so the campaigns had nothing to optimize against. The landing page used stock photos that did not look like a US practice.

What we built

  • Replaced the pixel with a health-compliant dataset and Conversions API events
  • Launched two symptom-screener lead campaigns on August 4, one for knee pain and one for back pain
  • Reshot the landing page with the practice's own doctors
  • Checked the GoHighLevel pipeline, the A2P-approved phone number, automations, and user assignments before launch

Meta Ads Manager table for July and August 2025 showing the back and knee campaigns and 725 total leads
Meta Ads Manager, July 1 to August 31, 2025, broken down by month. The rebuilt back and knee campaigns produced 720 of the 725 leads. Account and client details are cropped out.

The rebuilt campaigns stopped spending after August, so this is a one-month result.
