The friction

A high-ticket course catalogue with broken lead capture. Multi-step calendars were not distributing bookings correctly and double-booking was routine. Drip sequences ran on the wrong triggers and failed to record contact state, so nobody could tell where a lead actually was.

What we built

Full sub-account rebuild with a zero-latency appointment funnel, strict calendar assignment rules, and unified booking logic. Built a client dashboard tracking payment stage in Stripe, with webhooks updating GoHighLevel contact tags on the same request rather than on a delayed sync.

A fast-growing agency reselling GoHighLevel. Under carrier brand vetting, more than 35 active client sub-account campaign registrations were rejected. Outgoing SMS was cut off entirely, which silently stopped every automated workflow that depended on it.

What we built

Compliance audit across the whole queue. Rebuilt client forms with mandatory, explicit opt-in consent, drafted Terms and Privacy Policy pages that satisfied the carrier criteria, and rewrote sample messages to match each declared use case. Handled the resubmission queue end to end.
