The situation

A long-established agent whose business ran on referrals, with no ads, no CRM, and no follow-up system.

She picked one audience, first-time home buyers, the people most nervous about the process and least served by other agents.

What we built

  • A single Spanish-language video fronted by the agent, built around a phrase first-time buyers search for
  • A Meta lead campaign with a qualifying questionnaire covering price range, urgency, and property type
  • Leads synced into a GoHighLevel-based CRM, where an AI assistant replies within minutes, qualifies the lead, and books appointments into her calendar
  • A fix for the Facebook-to-CRM connection when it broke mid-campaign, which recovered more than 100 leads that had never reached her
  • Weekly campaign reviews in Spanish
