What the plans cost
These figures come from HighLevel's pricing page as we read it on 24 September 2026. HighLevel changes plans and prices, so confirm them before you budget.
- Starter: $97 a month, or $970 a year. Three sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users, and all core features.
- Unlimited: $297 a month, or $2,970 a year. Unlimited sub-accounts, phone and email rebilling with no markup, and basic API access.
- Agency Pro: $497 a month, or $4,970 a year. Everything in Unlimited, plus SaaS Mode with automatic sub-account creation, rebilling with markup, user and agent reporting, and advanced API access.
- Enterprise: custom pricing through HighLevel's sales team, with a dedicated success manager, HIPAA compliance, and a white label mobile app.
Charges that sit on top of the plan
HighLevel bills texting, email, phone numbers, and AI features by usage, and the pricing page does not list the rates. Check the rates inside your account before you promise a client a monthly price. US texting also carries carrier fees for A2P 10DLC registration, which your Trust Center shows.
The pricing page lists these monthly add-ons:
- AI Employee Growth: $50 per sub-account.
- AI Employee Unlimited: $97 per sub-account.
- White Label Mobile App: $497.
- Premium Support: $500.
- HIPAA compliance: $297.
- SEO through Search Atlas: $79 per sub-account.
- WordPress hosting: from $10 per site.
Which plan fits
A business running its own marketing needs one account, and Starter's three sub-accounts cover that with room for a second brand or a test environment.
An agency serving clients outgrows three sub-accounts quickly, so the choice is Unlimited or Agency Pro. The line between them is SaaS Mode and rebilling with markup. If you plan to resell GoHighLevel as a branded software product, or add a margin to client texting and email charges, you need Agency Pro. If you build and manage accounts for clients and bill them for the work, Unlimited covers it.
What the platform fee leaves out
The subscription buys the software. The build is separate. Pipelines, workflows, forms, A2P registration, and integrations still take someone's time, and that cost lands in the first month and again whenever the account changes.
Ask any provider for the price of the build and the price of support after launch as two numbers. We scope each build after a look inside your account, so our prices are per project.
